Executive Coaching

I offer executive leadership coaching that supports and challenges you to develop and take action against personalized development plans focused on building leadership capability. I tailor my coaching to meet your needs as an established executive leader or entrepreneur. A common format is 9 to 12 months, coaching one hour twice a month, which could include a leadership competency 360 feedback assessment.

Leader as Coach: Coaching Culture

Great leaders can become great coaches when they strive to bring out the best in themselves and others. They are transformative leaders who strengthen other transformative leaders. The Leader as Coach program provides executive coaching to your leaders to enable them to learn and apply coaching skills with their people. They will initiate better conversations, and your organization will realize the benefits of fostering a coaching culture. I will work with you to tailor an approach and a participant selection strategy. A common format is a 6-month program with participant workshops and individual coaching sessions between workshops, which could include a leadership competency 360 feedback assessment.

Team Coaching

Team coaching offers curated sessions that are designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing your team. Each session will allow you to have the conversations that matter most to your team’s success. My approach facilitates teams through the journey of transforming from a group of individuals into a high-performing team that commits to achieving the corporate vision as a team, has challenging conversations in pursuit of that vision, commits to decisions, and grows team trust. Sessions will be tailored to your team. A common format is team coaching over 6 months, two-hour sessions twice a month, with individual coaching sessions between team sessions, which could include a team assessment.

Leadership Peer Group

It can be isolating at the top. Even the people closest to you might not have the answers or be able to challenge you to be your best self. My Peer Groups provide real and meaningful connections with established entrepreneurs and executive leaders. Each Peer Group is 4 – 5 leaders of career contemporaries in non-competing industries and not from the same company, who are C-level or a rising VP or partner or owner. Leaders who GWC (Get it, Want it, Capacity to commit to a group). Bottom line, these Peer Groups become a private network built over connections that support and challenge each other. Through structured, facilitated meetings 2 hours each month and curated experiences, including an annual retreat, leaders have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

Emerging Leaders Program

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for aspiring leaders and high-potential managers ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. The Emerging Leaders Program blends practical strategies with proven leadership frameworks to help participants grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and build stronger teams. Participants will explore leadership competencies, strengthen emotional intelligence, and learn to create inclusive, high-performing team environments. Carefully selected participant groups ensure open, conflict-free discussions that build trust and insight. Each leader leaves with practical tools to guide their continued growth and success, including a personalized Leadership Development Plan, a 360° assessment, and an emotional intelligence report.

Executive Transition: Pre-retirement Coaching

Retirement is a milestone that brings both opportunity and uncertainty. Executive Transition Coaching supports senior leaders in the final one to two years of their careers, helping them prepare personally and professionally for what comes next. This program guides leaders in reflecting on their legacy, clarifying priorities, and navigating the shift into retirement with confidence. At the same time, it helps organizations plan for continuity by supporting knowledge transfer and succession. The result is a smoother, more intentional transition for the leader and for the organization. Executive Transition coaching helps honour past contributions while setting the stage for future success.

My coaching is provided as an accredited (by the International Coach Federation) professional coach for a credible participant experience. I curate my coaching based on coaching skills and my own industry leadership experience as a former internal leader leveraging my executive presence and business acumen.
